The situation: In many cities, people are looking for affordable housing and workspaces. At the same time, countless spaces are vacant - whether old or new, whether residential or commercial, whether centrally located or on the outskirts of the city, whether privately or municipally owned. However, there is no overview of this.

The solution: With the Vacancy Reporter, we can share information. Vacancies can be entered directly and easily by all users on the vacancy map. This gradually creates a collective and freely accessible pool of data /spaces, independent of municipal information channels. In addition, registered users can exchange information about the vacant buildings as well as ideas on how to deal with them constructively.
